Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director of the new theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor as well as a board member for SSC from 2011. As the Artistic Director for SSC she also served as SSC's costume designer, producer composer/music director and text coach. Although she was usually the leader of her ensembles, her first directing role was with SSC King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Other roles include an array of game show appearances. The daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised along with two of her children within Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School is where she attended and participated in cheerleading. The school she attended briefly was Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. Her previous marriage was with Stephen Knox. She has been married in 1982 Michael A. Ross, an actor and writer, with whom she shares two daughters. Post is a great actress, a wonderful wife and mom and an excellent role model for many Hollywood famous people.
